Phenomen-all® Plus Ingrown Hair Serum is a lightweight, fast-absorbing serum built on the same formula foundation as our beloved Phenomen-all® Cream, reworked into a serum texture and combined with a gentle exfoliating BHA. It's designed for use on the bikini line, legs, and underarms after sugaring, waxing, or shaving — anywhere skin is prone to post-hair removal bumps and ingrown hairs.

One bottle, one nightly step, no complicated routine.

Here's what's new:

Salicylic acid (BHA) is an exfoliating acid that works by helping to gently exfoliate dead skin cells and debris that can trap a regrowing hair. It's also the ingredient most associated with reducing the appearance of ingrown hairs and bumps, which is why it's the lead active here.
A blend of calming botanicals — including bisabolol, calendula (marigold), witch hazel, and willow bark — supports skin that's just been through a hair-removal treatment.

The result is a serum meant to work with the skin's post-treatment state, not against it: exfoliate where it's needed, calm where it's sensitive.

Key highlights

Helps Minimize the Appearance of Ingrown Hairs: Salicylic Acid and skin-conditioning botanicals help gently exfoliate the skin’s surface and reduce buildup.

Softens Skin & Hair: A nourishing blend of grapeseed, jojoba, sesame, and sunflower seed oils helps soften both the skin and emerging hair, supporting smoother skin between treatments.

Moisturizes & Supports the Skin Barrier: Lightweight botanical oils, essential fatty acids, and Vitamin E help replenish moisture, support the skin’s natural barrier, and leaves skin feeling soft.

Soothes & Conditions Post-Hair Removal Skin: Bisabolol, Marigold, Witch Hazel, Tea Tree, and other extracts help comfort and condition skin that is regularly exposed to hair removal.

Promotes Smoother, Clearer, Healthier-Looking Skin: The combination of exfoliating, moisturizing, and botanical ingredients helps improve the overall look and feel of ingrown-prone areas, including the bikini line, legs, and underarms.

How to use

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin once or twice daily.
Massage gently until absorbed.

For best results, use regularly as part of your post-hair removal care routine.

Pro tip: Apply Phenomen-all® Cream over Phenomen-all® Plus Ingrown Hair Serum for added skin nourishing moisture that keeps skin soft, supple, and beautifully conditioned longer.
