How long do I have to complete the course?

Our Professional Body Sugaring Certification Course is completely self-paced. The timeline depends on each individual’s learning style and the amount of practice they put in. You’ll have full access for one year, giving you plenty of time to complete your training and refine your technique.

Is this course beginner friendly?

Absolutely! No prior sugaring experience is required. We’ll be guide you through every stage of the process, from foundational theory and technique to client preparation, safety protocols, and real-world troubleshooting.
Once I am registered, what type of support is available to me to help me complete my certification?

We are with you every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of this program and you are ready to start practicing. To this end, we have Ongoing Virtual Face to Face Support available to you with an AP certified educator.
How do the assessments and virtual educator support work?

Your video assessment is simple. You’ll film yourself completing the required techniques and submit your videos directly through the course platform. This allows our educators to evaluate your positioning, application, removal, and overall execution in a real-world setting.
Once submitted, your AP-certified educator will carefully review your work and provide detailed feedback—either in written form or through a recorded video response so you can clearly see what to refine and how to improve. If additional guidance is needed, your educator may invite you to a one-on-one video call to walk through technique adjustments in real time.
For ongoing support, you’re never on your own:
- You can email your educator anytime to request a private video call when you feel you need extra help.
- Inside the course, there’s a private chat feature to connect directly with your educator.
- You can also leave notes or questions directly on lessons, allowing you to get clarity exactly where you need it most.
Is a kit required to take a Certification Course?

Yes! All course participants are required to purchase a minimum Starter Kit, with the following two exceptions:
- Students registered in a beauty school can purchase the minimum of a Practice Kit.
- Salons/spas having more than one-course participants may purchase a minimum Starter Kit plus one Practice Kit for each course participant.
Important note! The cost of the kit is already included in class costs.
If I run out of products prior to completing my course, can I order new products?

Yes, you can. Practice is important to set you up for success with the AP treatments in your salon.
I am almost out of time to complete my course and need an extension.

If you are nearing the end of your one-year access period and don’t believe you’ll be able to complete the course in time, please contact us right away. If there is a specific reason preventing you from finishing, we can pause your enrollment until you’re ready to resume.
Should you need additional time beyond the standard one-year allotment, we do offer an extension option. For a fee of $150, you can receive an additional 3 months of access to complete your course and certification requirements. This allows you the flexibility to continue your training without losing the progress you’ve already made.
I’ve enrolled and don’t wish to continue, can I get a refund?

Because the Professional Body Sugaring Certification Course provides immediate access to training materials upon enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds once enrollment has been completed. This policy helps protect the integrity of the program and ensures fairness for all participants. We encourage you to take full advantage of the one-year access period, ongoing educator support, and supplemental resources available to you before making a final decision about discontinuing your training.

Much like the theory, we are here to support you at each stage and help you graduate and begin to practice. In this process, you have access to:
