Mechanical Exfoliation:

• Prepare the Scrub: Combine Saltspring® with Restore Hydrating Lotion(link opens in new tab/window)(link opens in new tab/window) in a 2:1 ratio (two pumps of lotion for every scoop of Saltspring®) in a bowl. Mix until you achieve a creamy salt scrub consistency.
• Application: On dry skin, apply the mixture and gently massage in circular motions for 2-3 minutes to exfoliate.
• Activation: Moisten your hands with warm water and massage over the scrubbed area, allowing the salt scrub to melt into your skin. Continue until fully absorbed.
• Finish: Pat your skin dry with a towel.

Post-Exfoliation Treatment:

• Apply a Mud Puddle®(link opens in new tab/window)(link opens in new tab/window)mask to enhance the benefits of the exfoliation, allowing for deeper penetration and increased effectiveness of the mask.
• Conclude with an application of Restore Hydrating Lotion, either alone or mixed with Phenomen-all®(link opens in new tab/window)(link opens in new tab/window), to hydrate and soothe the skin.

Detoxing Salt Bath:

• Preparation: Dissolve 2 cups of Saltspring® into your bathtub filled with warm water.
• Soak: Immerse yourself for 20-30 minutes to detoxify the body, condition the skin, and boost the immune system.

Toner and Compresses:

• Toner: Mix 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of Saltspring® with 8 fl oz (237 ml) of distilled water or Essential Tonic(link opens in new tab/window)(link opens in new tab/window) to create a toner that helps control excess sebum and combat acne.
• Compresses: Use the same measurements to prepare a solution for cold or hot compresses. Dissolve Saltspring® in a bowl of water and soak towels in it. For a cold compress, chill in the fridge or freezer; for a hot compress, warm in a towel warmer or crock pot.
