Who is eligible to apply for a professional account?

Any licensed beauty professional is eligible to apply for a professional account with Alexandria Professional.
What documentation do I need to provide when applying?

At minimum, you will need to upload a copy of your license to get approval, unless your are currently enrolled at a beauty school. To purchase our sugar, you will also need to upload a photo of your sugaring certificate.
Can I purchase sugaring products if I am not certified in sugaring?

To purchase sugar paste, professionals must provide proof of sugaring certification. Non-certified professionals can still purchase our sugaring trial kit and all other products at professional pricing.
Do you accept sugaring certificates from other brands?

Yes, we accept any brand or beauty school sugaring certificate.
How long does it take to get approved for a professional account?

As long as you have provided all requested information, please allow up to three business days for your account to be approved.
Can I purchase products immediately after my account is approved?

Can I apply for an account if I am a student in beauty school?

Yes, you will be approved for a Salon Professional account. We will follow up with you six months after approval to verify the status of your professional license.
