We are pleased to welcome Paul Francis as our new Chief Operating Officer. Paul brings decades of experience in high-performance manufacturing, with a strong background in lean operations, quality systems, and scalable infrastructure. His leadership will play a key role in optimizing our production capacity, enhancing supply chain visibility, and supporting our continued global expansion in the professional and consumer beauty markets.
Joining Paul on our executive team is Diane Farolino, our newly appointed Director of Finance. Diane brings over 30 years of financial leadership in global manufacturing, most recently at Ingersoll Rand. With expertise in financial planning, ERP integration, and fiscal compliance, she will guide our strategic financial growth and help position Alexandria Professional for long-term success.
In addition to welcoming these exceptional leaders, we’re thrilled to celebrate a special achievement by our Founder and President, Lina Kennedy, who was recently honored with the Women in Manufacturing Award by Buffalo Business First. Lina’s pioneering spirit and relentless advocacy for safe, natural hair removal solutions have shaped Alexandria Professional into a trusted name in clean beauty around the world.
